John W. Able
President
John founded ABCO in 1978. He is a lawyer specialized in real estate transactions and has been a successful developer and investor for the past 39 years.
Brad Able
Vice-President
Brad is John's son and they have a great working relationship. Brad is a licensed real estate agent with a well connected network in the Houston area.
Mack Neff
Partner
Mack was the former president of several Houston banks over the past 40 years. He works with all our investors and handles all the fundraising for our projects.
Michael Nguyen
Property Manager
Michael is also a lawyer with a background in real estate transactions. He oversees our parks' operations and makes sure everything is running smoothly.
Lisa Polumbus
Controller
Lisa is a CPA and oversees our accounting department.
Kevin Polumbus
Construction Manager
Kevin has 15+ years of construction experience and heads our construction department. He manages all construction, build-outs, improvements, and land development.
